Terms: A 50% deposit is required before I begin the portrait and 50 % on approval of final email. All payments must be received before shipping. I accept cashiers check, money order or credit card through Pay Pal. Charges for professional packaging and shipment will be added. All packaging and shipping is through UPS Store. Packages are insured for the total cost of each order. You will be notified prior to final payment the exact amount of the shipping charges.
Timing: Custom portraits take between 6 to 8 weeks to prepare from the time I receive your photographs and the deposit. I will do my best to accommodate special events such as birthdays and holidays. Keep in mind holidays are very busy times.
Dedication: I would be happy to paint your pet’s name or a dedication noting a special occasion on the bottom of the painting or on the back.
Satisfaction Guarantee: I want you to be completely satisfied with your portrait. When your painting is completed, I will send you a scan of the painting so you will see exactly what you are getting. Then you can let me know any touch ups you would like done. Once I receive payment I will mail your matted painting directly to you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the final painting, I will fully refund your purchase to you minus shipping.
Copyright: All copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist while title and ownership of the physical artwork shall pass to the buyer. The artwork may not be photographed, sketched, painted or reproduced without the express, written consent of the artist.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible. If I have not begun work then I will refund all monies paid. If I have begun working on the portrait then I will refund on a percent of completion and I will return you photos. |
